sorry i haven't written in a few... weeks! it's been a bit busy. i am prepping for a j&s tour of europe that kicks off next week in london. the tour has us going to germany, holland, and norway as well. i'm acutally booking a lot of the flights/ hotels myself - a bit confusing for me to say the least. it's almost all sorted out at this point.
also did a big giant bbq for astrid's birthday last week. the food highlight was definiteley a 13lb brisket which was smoked for 7 hours then spent about 14 more in the oven. yum!
